The Memorandum of Understanding, between The European Commission Services and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe was signed on 23/01/2009.
As agreed during the informal ad hoc group of Experts for the implementation of the Digital Tachograph by non EU - Contracting Parties to the AETR held in Geneva last 2/12/2008, here under are reported some useful documentation.
